Each object is prepared and packed by the studio within 2–5 business days of your order. Limited or made-to-order pieces may have a different lead time, noted on the product page.

Business days exclude weekends and Hong Kong public holidays. Once your parcel is ready, we’ll send a dispatch email with tracking details.

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. Available destinations and rates are confirmed at checkout based on service and parcel size.

Cement, glass, and ceramic objects are wrapped in recyclable paper, honeycomb cushioning, and fitted protective layers. More fragile pieces travel in double-wall cartons with internal restraints.

We avoid unnecessary plastic while keeping the protection each object needs for a longer journey.

Brutaluxe ships from Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a free port and does not generally levy customs duty, VAT, or GST on exports. Your destination may still charge import VAT/GST, customs duty, brokerage, handling, or other clearance fees.

These charges are set by the destination authority, are not included in the product or shipping price, and are paid by the recipient unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Please check your local customs authority before ordering.
