By using bruta.luxe or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use the site lawfully.

The terms that apply when you browse Brutaluxe or place an order with our Hong Kong studio.

Products and availability
Each object is made or finished in small runs. Minor differences in colour, texture, dimensions, air marks, and surface are part of the material process. Availability, prices, descriptions, and lead times may change without notice.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted when Brutaluxe confirms it. We may cancel or correct an order where an item is unavailable, a price contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, or fulfilment is not possible. Prices are shown in the currency available at checkout.

International delivery, customs, and tax
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Hong Kong generally does not levy customs duty, VAT, or GST on exports, but the destination may charge import VAT/GST, customs duty, brokerage, handling, or other fees. These charges and any required importer information are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Customs delays are outside our control.

Returns and damaged deliveries
Returns are handled under our Returns Policy. If an object arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photographs of the parcel and object, and contact info@bruta.luxe as soon as possible.

Intellectual property and liability
Site content, photography, design, text, and branding belong to Brutaluxe or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission. To the extent permitted by law, Brutaluxe is not responsible for indirect loss or events outside our reasonable control.
